The staff is absolutely amazing here , hands down the best clinic I’ve attended . I’ve developed an amazing connection with my counselor, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and receiving the best treatment possible and constantly putting in the extra work to make sure I’m getting what I need . I transferred from Wilmington and was worried about how fast I’d be able to get In and they made sure it was easy and quick to have me processed. Shoutout to the front desk lady for remembering everyones patient number and making check-in super fast In the morning. Highly recommend this clinic .

Jacksonville Treatment Center has really helped me the past few years. I would recommend coming here if you are in need of help. The counselors and nurses are great at their job. As long as you do what you're supposed to and comply it's a very helpful experience. Utilize your counselor and be honest.

$25.00 admitting fee. Call Monday morning to do an intake screening over the phone and they will set up a time for you to come to the office for an appointment
Call and ask them that would be my best answer for you.
Its already closed for the day when you get up.
Not right now they don't. They are considering it though. There are many of us that go and that have insurance. In which, it has been brought to their attention. So they are seriously deliberating about whether/not to. It could be determined within the next couple of months, possibly. Keep calling there. Maybe with enough people pushing the matter, they then could see how beneficial a decision of that nature could be - for both parties.
You have to go daily except on weekends and holidays when they give you a take home dose. You get more than one take homes as you stay longer.
There supposed to hff ave their name on your papers have them call
Yes, unless they changed it.
Yes they do help , either methadone or subutex
Its case by case basis, usually 4-8 miligrams is what I've heard.
Methadone or buprenorphine are the options
12 bucks a day and very Kool people to deal with. If you stay in the same town as the clinic it is even much greater, reliable, and unexpence of
I been wondering the same thing, but they hav a post on Facebook, saying if we cant get to there's than our info is in the system to dose in the state at ither clinic's, bet they wish everyone got 6 take homes instead of 4.
You can call and ask the receptionist...i personally do not know.
You have the choice if Suboxone or methadone, the Subutex cost more than methadone. Methadone is $12.00 Subutex is $15.00 and you heve to pay for Subutex even if you don't show up. You can charge methadone but you go down 10% each day.
The price is now $25
They changed it in Feb to 25$inital fee then 12.$a day there after, and an EKG is on premise if needed 7.$ fee.open till 6-12:00 noon, weekday 6-10:30mourningweekends
I want to say they went back to regular hours....so for Saturday 7am-9am. Sun. 8am-10am **You can check on FACEBOOK and message them if you have any questions. **
If you go through the entire assessment process, a report complete with diagnosis(es) and signed by a licensed clinician. I don't know about a specific form. I know the evaluation itself is a two-step process. The first part is done by a trained, qualified intake specialist/therapist, and if in their clinical and professional opinion you require additional services, you then move to be seen by the staff physician. The initial part of the assessment is free of cost, last I knew, but seeing the physician is where the assessment fee of $60 comes into play. They assess for all substances but only provide treatment for select types of drugs - opioid treatment, if I'm not mistaken. There are other agencies in the area that will provide treatment for any conditions found that are not managed by JTC. The federal government and Base accepts their reports; I suspect courts would too.
They are taking Medicaid now but it will not pay for takehomes. If you have other insurance you have to file it yourself. The doctor is only there once a week on Tuesdays so make sure your transfer works so your intake is Monday. MAKE SURE you have a valid photo ID to show.
