Lowe's would not let us use our store credit, which is essentially stealing from the customer. They did not let us use our Merchandise Return Cards (even with proof of original purchase, proof of return, and our ID card). After appealing via the email and phone numbers we were given, they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. We've come to Lowe's so many time for so many projects, but will not be returning.

Discriminatory, Prejudiced ,Unhelpful, Ignorant and Lazy people work there. If you use a "Wheeled Conveyance" or carry backpacks or look homeless and look disheveled and dirty don't expect anything but shallow biased judgement from these knuckleheads. The last time I was there it was during the pandemic. The item I needed wasn't in the store and I was supposed to order it online after downloading their app. None of the staff helped me navigate through the app so I couldn't even purchase anything. Thanks a lot jerks

Really large expansive Lowes with parking under the building. There’s a full Garden Center, and all the other sections you’d expect at a hardware store.

It’s good to have an alternative to the other big box hardware store (still much prefer smaller mom and pop hardware stores) but this one has a lot to be desired. It’s always a mess, items are never in the bins they are supposed to be and the employees are lackluster at best. I feel like I should be paid to shop there as I am regularly putting items in the correct bins after finding them in other bins. It’s no wonder why certain items are always “out” when in reality they’ve been placed in other bins, in empty shelves or left on the floor. Depending on the department some employees actually are trying to make it better but others just don’t seem to care about the store or their jobs.

This might possibly be the red headed stepchild of Lowe's. All other locations are well stocked, self checkout always working, etc. If you really need Lowe's to come through for you, go to the San Bruno location.
300 to 699 go to Lowe's web site pull up hot water heaters
Very nice multi-level garage. Upper level has freight size elevator. Expect it to be jammed. Staff very helpful albeit a bit overwhelmed at times due to volume of customers. Curb side pick up parking spaces not functioning when I tried it, but just inside door is order pick up desk.
Yes, very wide selection of gardening and house plants.
Mix some cement with the sand... You can buy it in 50 or 60 lb sacks. Use a mixing tub and measure it with a shovel... X shovels of cement, y shovels of sand. Ratio can vary depending on your application. If you want it super hard, mix it 5 sand to 1 cement. If you just want it crumbly, 10 to 1. You could also buy bags if Mason's mortar (type s). Already mixed. It is like you see between cement blocks or bricks in a chimney. Make sure you have a fairly solid base beneath the stones. I usually use 3.5"(thickness of a 2x4) of 10 to 1 cement and sand. Then the same between the stones.
Their products are junk the ice maker doesn't work in the refrigerator I bought and they refuse to replace it or give me a new one so to hell with them
Of course, Lowe's can deliver. Contact customer service.
No
Unfortunately even prior to the pandemic the staffing level has been very concerning and to ask for a manager you would much more likely to get the president of the United States to respond to you than a manager and that really needs to change. The good thing is they now have a curb side delivery system that works a 1000% of the time and so your items can be waiting for you in a lock locker system. Parking for pickup is right in front of the door and for me the last 5 times I have picked up items which saddens me because I rather deal with live people but when you need something and you can't be held up by the fact that there are no employees to speak of then this is the 2nd best thing.
Yes..along with proof of purchase.
Same as everywhere: masks & distance
With all due respect, all the stores lack things and not only because they are large stores, they must have everything Remember, we are in times of a pandemic, the pandemic is not over yet is my opinion ❤🙏🙏🙏see Mr. Ortiz because you do not go to the store and do a talk with an employee see them many stores have a complaint box where the customer's opinion is exposed try it expose what you say here I went for something and found it. I wish you the best, take care of blessings to you and your family and the planet in general ❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
Yes
I have not seen there, but in Home Depot Pro of Serramonte.
Didn't know Lowe's accepted cans for recycling.
They are open Mon-Sat 6am-9pm and Sun 7am-8pm
Their hours have changed to: Mon-Sat 6am-9pm and Sun 7am-8pm
They used to have them I'm not sure if they still do you have to call the store
Theft in the garage? Or actual store?
The only way is to go in. The website is unreliable and calling is a waste of time. Sorry
Lowes doesn't sale fabric spray paint. But you can try at Walmart, Michael or Joann as previous mentioned by others.
Yes, they carry 15lb Blue Rhino propane tanks there.
I don't sure better call them it they carry those racks
7/29/19 and they still don't answer their phones - not even the operator!
They only have bags of rocks. Call Broadmoor landscaping supply. The will deliver to your curb and it's up to you to place it where you want. Go to a day labor office and hire some help. There's always guys on Army / Cesar Chavez!
Not sure but I know they got some large bags I seen about 5 different sizes you can always call your neighborhood Lowe's and ask information
Terribly disorganized store. It doesn't surprise me a bit that they don't answer the phone. Sadly an in person visit is the best way to speak with someone.
Yes, when their saws work. Most of the time they're "Out of Order".
Best thing is to contact customer service/ returns at your local store
It’s closest to the people who live near it
Lowe's carries them but not in the SF store. U can probably order it online.
Yes they should have stove fuse i would be surprised if they didn't
No, I did not see that one, maybe not
Yes there are
Not sure. But they don't seem to have enough staff. Long waits. But the have a hiring now sign up.
Lowe's has a good selection of fans
That's all you need, just fill out the form and the cashier will have an answer for you in less than ten minures. If you qualify you get a 10% discount on your purchase, so wait to apply until when you are buying $$$ items
