This might possibly be the red headed stepchild of Lowe's. All other locations are well stocked, self checkout always working, etc. If you really need Lowe's to come through for you, go to the San Bruno location.
I'm not sure why I took the time to do this but I decided to call the store myself and through the automated line state that I am checking in order that I made in store and I too heard nothing but the phone ringing and being rerouted to an automation that said please hold your call is important to us whilst no one ever picked up the phone the cycle continued for 30 minutes at the 30th minute I hung up granted I did have it on speaker while doing other things I wanted to test out to see if there was a better option for you like selecting a different option from the automation unfortunately there wasn't this is incredibly frustrating and I would hope that management from this location could see this so that they could approve us because I know I will not use this location to make any orders from this point forward nor should anyone else so long as they don't value customers time enough to make Manning a phone line important.

Hi, yeah I understand ur frustration, I think their reason is because most information can be aquired on line.
To be honest I never call to get any information when I go there I find exactly what I am looking for I am very sorry that you being having those issues I believe they have to improve big time because they depend on as the same way we depend on theirs stores
