Why don’t they answer the telephone? I’ve been trying to get through for TWO hours. I’ve tried the operator and I’ve even tried other departments. The call either returns to the main menu or someone picks up and literally hangs up. Lame!!!

Could you by chance be calling a store that has closed? A lot are no longer open.

Good luck, this is totally normal. Dont think for a minute it will change...and they dont care...the store makes mega money without phone customer's...so dont hold your breath...lol.
