Terribly disorganized store. It doesn't surprise me a bit that they don't answer the phone. Sadly an in person visit is the best way to speak with someone.
A lot of companies assume the consumer can be more self serving by using the website to answer any questions he/she may have. I would have ti agree. I mean how often do you get accurate info wheb you call anyway? Or go in person. The new manager is very nice and helpful.
