We had a package delivered on 3/21. The driver was talking on the phone walked up and dropped the package on our front steps. My mother walked out moments after the driver drove off with the package nowhere in site. We have ordered packages that are light weight and have a sign on our door asking for all packages to be placed on the porch. This package that was delivered was light weight and the day it was delivered we had strong winds. I’ve tried calling to report this only to get an automated message saying that I need to file a claim online.

My complaint is simple, the big brown truck is using my driveway as a turn around point and almost hitting my car at a high speed. Top that with it being a little icy and I would not be a happy camper. My driveway is not the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and my driveway is not meant for them to turn around!

Its a UPS depot. Nothing to tell. I had to come to pick up an important package that Mr Brown failed to deliver twice (100% their fault, left me to end of day delivery both days and did NOT show up).

This access point to UPS truly represents the absolute worse in everything. Poor customer care, they are only open ONE HOUR. They cannot do the most rudimentary services like....ship a package. They are terrible. Go anywhere else.
