Great experience. Could not find what I was looking for, but the gentleman who was working on building a display cabinet stopped what he was doing not only to ask what I was looking for. He also knew exactly what I was looking but they no longer had them in store but could be ordered on line so he ordered me two plus have me a coupon for my purchase. I was very impressed for him going above and beyond. Nice job and great customer service. I would recommend going there.

Identity Protected

Poor customer service. Some retail associates do not provide detailed customer service or provide responses that expand product knowledge. If a customer asks for assistance with locating a product responding with, "what we have is on the floor" is off the mark for customer service. Suggestion: A store with limited C.S. should include self-checkouts.

Just another overpriced chain store. You can find the same stuff online for cheaper. Staff were fine, selection alright, nothing to write home about. Located by Panera and Dicks, Bed Bath and Beyond is easily spotted from the main road. Also right across the street from Stop & Shop, so it's easy to visit whilst running errands in the neighborhood. Again, selection is generic and prices have never been the greatest at Bed Bath and Beyond, this branch is no exception.
