The majority of the employees appear to be all high/don't know they are even at work or on top of candy mountain. They pass customers on to the next person. I waited over an hour for curbside pick up after receiving a text that my order was ready. It was the wrong item. Another time I picked up my paint they didn't even add color to it. If you want a job where you can stand around in the Air conditioning without having to work join Home Depot. Berkshire crossing panhandlers take note, it beats standing in the heat.

Every time I go to the paint section at home depot I pray to GOD that Aiden is working. I have been treated very poorly by some employees there but NEVER AIDEN! EVER! He is extremely helpful and answers my questions without making me feel beneath him. I have been in there alot lately and he is helping me with his wonderful knowledge. Please keep him! Give him a raise! I need to come in tomorrow and ask more questions. Praying he is there. Tell him about this letter. I'm going to ask him. Tell him he is doing good things! It doesn't hurt. Thank you Aiden!

We've been disappointed on numerous occasions from all departments. Very inconsistent and rude service across this store. We still go there because there's nothing around that area but small hardware stores, but this Home Depot needs a serious visit by the corporate office. Poor customer service across the entire store in all departments.

This is a very nice Home Depot, always clean and well organized, with helpful assistance easy to find. The Berkshires is lucky to have this excellent store in such a convenient spot.
