His ability to listen, make decisions and have my best interest while not making me feel placated is impressive. He really cares that you’re happy, and that’s a rarity. We went in for a scheduled oil change expecting to rotate the tires and be told that we would need new ones next time in. Kelsey came and updated us, letting us know what we would likely be needing tires sooner than expected. We scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks in the future and Kelsey proactively suggested that we’re didn’t need to rotate tires since we would be in to get new ones shortly. Small acts like that strengthens my belief that Haddad is looking out for us and building a relationship for the future, not just to make a buck today.

I walked into the service department without a appointment, I was Quickly greeted by Kelsey. Explained my issue with my 2021 Rogue Check engine light. The time I walked into the dealership was 11:30 am. Kelsey made sure vehicle was taken in for repair, at that time she notified me that the vehicle had a recall, I also asked for oil change tire rotation. Kelsey made sure my vehicle was washed and vacuumed, and washed. I would definitely bring my Rogue back for the quick and friendly staff. Haddad Nissan is very lucky to have Kelsey as a Assistant Service Manager. she deserves 10 stars. Thank you.
