Curious as to why one of your eversource trucks drove into the BRTA "local busses only exit side of the upper bus lanes today (Saturday April 24, 2021 around 930 am). The local busses couldn't move and got behind schedule because of this and the driver just got out and stood there as if clueless! That's ridiculous! Uncalled for and not professional at All! BRTA DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ANY SCHEDULED REPAIR OR WORK OR anything scheduled this morning either! Took about 10 minutes for him to drive away only to come back and park out front and just sit there! Someone needs to address This!

3 and a half hours my electric was out, on a Monday afternoon! What are these ppl doing with my hard earned money !? At the very least you should be obligated to call your customers when an outage is going to occur, especially if the power had been fluctuating all day before hand. It’s winter some ppl have electric heat, it’s unexceptable for random outages like this to occur. Especially on a Monday in the middle of the day, absolutely pathetic. I’m going to start a petition that forces electricity providers in at least Berkshire county to notify their customers when ANYTHING could happen. if I don’t pay my bill there’s consequences, but if you guys let my service fail there’s nothing I can do? I think not.
