This station has almost no seating outside near the track. There are no instructions on how boarding works so when people walk in everyone is asking each other what is going on and no one knows because there is never anyone there to answer questions. At least post a sign to explain how it works! Also, tons of people just hanging out (not wait for a train) without masks. Pros: it is very clean (excellent work) and everything seems well maintained. Just not enough seating outside and instructions.

A part of the BRTA building and grounds and is also kept up really well. It's kind of a"do it yourself type of deal" there as everything is online only now. It's fine. Jot a major issue purchasing online AMTRAK Tix. There is one maintenance worker on site for the train arrivals and departures so questions are certainly answered and correctly too I might add. The maintenance worker offers to help people with luggage and whatever else they might need. Not a single complaint here. A good experience with Amtrak and the brta and brta employees.

Place is nice on the way to Florida on Greyhound bus place is nice and clean the only thing I don't like is they don't allow you to use the outlets to charge your phone which I think they should because you are traveling and you have no way to charge your phone

Home sweet home train station. Clean and efficient. Not an official Amtrak ticket agent, but have general info on local train times and connecting local and regional (BRTA) bus schedules and official Greyhound and Peter Pan Bus Co. ticket agents.

Possibly, but you should consult with the agency and make sure and see if it's possible to reschedule
Yes
I believe so, around 3pm?
This is how Pittsfield leaves for Boston and New York, to use the train you have to buy tickets online online but if they pick you up at that Pittsfield station
Call the train line and they will provide guidance.
No, you might want to check Greyhound bus service.
Free parking garage across the street. Im not sure if its long term though.
