We had spent 22 hours at a toll plaza waiting for a tow. I only has a larger bill. Even though the driver had taken us to ITC, she stayed to tell the new route driver we had payed extra so we needed to get home. First class service and customer service!!!!

The bus is always great and quiet nowaday! If you do make your way to the actual bus station GO TO THE CAFE INSIDE GREAT COFFEE AMD BREAKFASTS!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST LADIES SO FRIENDLY AND HAVE COFFEE CUBES SO U DONT GET A WATERED DOWN COFFEE MAKES IT SO MUCH BETTER!!!

How badly do you hate homeless people to lock up every single electrical outlet? People Amtrak is standing for hours at your station cannot charge their phones because of of your disgusting attitude twards the homeless.

To get to work I have to take the first bus of the morning, which is supposed to arrive at my stop at 5:35 am. In the dark, at my stop, I've had driver drive past me, I've had the bus arrive before 5:30, I've had the bus arrive at almost 6 am. In 0 degree weather, in the rain, it would be nice to know the bus is going to be there, but that's just a crazy fantasy
