I really don't know where to start with this . I've been with this company for over a year and I have had nothing but difficulty from day one . Poor communication, poor training if any at all . I started with West Palm then to Tampa and out to Texas . Same story at each one .Supervisors are job scared and don't have their officers back. No support . Be prepared to do your job and someone else's . I've seen more people come and go than any other security company I've ever been with. I'm disgusted and disappointed. They tried to hold back over 300 $ in pay that was not calculated right to begin with. I had to threaten to go over the Managers head to finally get it. Took 4 months . Waiting on a weeks vacation pay to be approved . They claim to be the biggest and probably are but they aren't the best . They aren't interested in their employees as much as their clients. Can't get a real person on the phone . Are quick to apologize for the inconveniences but nothing changes . Look around before you go with this company. I wish I had. This review is an overall company review , not directed entirely at Tampa. Tampa does have a trainer there who is quite rude to new employees . Apparently he's a former karate champ but not in communication.

Allied Universal Professional is a great company to work for and there is full-time or part-time. They're big on educating & equipping you to know your job in and out. Also they will hire you with a good pay , enroll you in they school and you must pass one test. If you are looking for a strong company look no further ALLIED UNIVERAL is it.

Please work somewhere else they do not care about you . Low pay no raises no benefits no consideration no communication . Even the front desk is rude . They don’t care about their employees they will hire you and leave you dry with no communication. They hire people every single day it’s all about numbers to them . Please find somewhere else to work .

The South Florida Baptist Hospital Emergency Security is a joke! Two days ago they allow 3-4 people in with a patient! We show up two days later an the guards don’t even allow my mom in that drove an hour to see my fiancé that is sick! This is an awful look because they don’t have there facts an information correct! They should fire the guards that allowed multiple people in 2 days ago an today they only allowed me in! This is the worst security company I’ve ever seen or dealt with please someone take care of this problem! Also, they have been on there phones the whole time not paying attention to anything in the building!! Someone help!!!

It's a Security Company; it's going to train about the client contract duties and responsibilities. General knowledge of the field is taught on Sec. License class.
They sent my W2 with out I asking them it's great company with great management
Have you ever gone to the office and try to sort out your payroll issues? If you were a Supervisor, you would of been in charge of your site payroll?
I would start with the Site Supervisor to see if they are reporting the hours correctly to the Operations Manager, also see if you time punch is accurate by checking Ehub.
It depends on the site as well as the experience you have. Plus the more credicials you (D, G license) can pay more for Armed vrs unarmed.
I just completed orientation, and they only gave me 1 polo shirt & 1 pair of pants
Talk to HR
Depends on the reason you aren't working for Allied now.
As long as you work for aus i think so they shouldchave some at the tampa office
Yes the teacher is wonderful she makes the class enjoyable. And they also have incentives. You can give someone employee number and they get an bonus which I would share😁
Not that I am aware of. We had one last Thursday. Check the website and it will let you know.
There isn't one person you need to talk to. You should go on the website and apply for a transfer and the Opps manager that will be in charge of your post should get in touch with you. If no one gets back with you call the Tampa branch office and tell them you applied for a transfer and the girl at the desk should be able to get you to the person you need to talk to. Hope this helps you.
Go online and apply for a job in this area then apply for a transfer through your local office
Not at the site I worked at( hospital). No vacation, no sick time, no pto....
If you login to your ehub all of your paystubs are there.
