Scheduled an appointment for 9 am. Arrived on time and told to wait in my car until I get called in. After an hour of waiting go in and asked why is it taking so long if I made an appointment for 9 am why is it 10 am. Then got told it's not an appointment but a reservation and it's first come first serve and she turned around and walked away. Rude and frankly why even offer "reservations". If I were told it's only first come first serve I would have been here when they open. Total waste of time to be treated so poorly.

I am only giving 1 star because the front desk lady was nice I didn’t bath her name but she had her hair brushed back and worked 8/5 in the morning. I made my appointment and checked in 5-10 minutes early. No issues. I waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes just to be called tot he back room to wait another 30 minutes before being seen. There is no sense of urgency at this urgent care and if they are short staffed they need to hire more Nurses, medical assistants, ARNP etc… I had fever body aches and just overall did not feel and to have to wait with no communication for that extended time was beyond frustrating I’m sure all of the other patients felt the same way. Instead of chit chatting in the hallways with one another they should be trying to get there sick patients out in a timely manner.

Very Caring Staff from the front desk to the AP..the wait was brief. I am so relieved that I chose Advent Centra Care for my emergency. I went home with sense of peace and my meds were called in for immediate pick-up at my pharmacy.

Friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable, they were great with my 9 year old daughter. Clean facility, and we were in and out way quicker than I thought we would be. Will definitely use them again if we need urgent care! My daughter kept commenting the whole time how nice and sweet everybody is.
