I was advised of payment to treat the condition I walked in for, they charged me for a service that they didn’t even know if I needed or not, but they did. After checkup, the front employee, upon exit, advised that she already had process the credit. The credit to my method of payment never arrived

Poorly staffed on a Tuesday following a Holiday. Came here with a family member for urgent care. Its not Urgent here, as we have 7 families in the waiting area and not a nurse or "Doctor" in sight. No sense of urgency folks...don't waste your time when you need attention.

Fasting means don't eat on the day of your test until after you have the blood drawn. Hours are 6:30 AM to 3 PM M-F closed weekends. I recommend using the Save Your Spot feature to schedule a time in the morning so you don't have to fast too long.

I went there on 11/17/21 and they did the PCR test for COVID-19. I had an appointment, and waited over an hour past the time to have the test done. Result was within 1/2 hour. Staff was super friendly.
if you are willing to pay,make financial arrangments or if life threatening tampa family health center does med and dental on sliding scale depending on your income what is up with affordable care act or Obamacare this countries health care is getting bad next will be medicare plus medicaid im 41 disabled living in awful pain i dont want opiates and ins doesnt pay for thc but works great and just buy on streets srry fl but cali way cheaper so hell with the so called system in usa it sucks
