Very good service, friendly and a conversationalist. I came in because I wanted to cross check if my stones were authentic. Seemed like they are. Would also say that he also tries to be fair. Also to consider, after I read some of the comments, is that it does not make sense if you have stones that are too small to have them looked at. Not to be mean but does it really make sense to review an item whose cost may not justify the appraisal? I bet he would do it anyway but he is actually looking out for you. Hope this helps anyone interested!

If he doesn't think it's worth it he won't do anything for you. It's $95 for appraisal if he thinks its worth his time. He's out for money like every other pawn shop and jewelry shop
