It's not just about the concept of "buy local" - it's that you simply can't recreate what you get from a local store experience when you go online or to a superstore. Here you get a great selection of high quality instruments combined with a thoughtful team who genuinely are enthusiastic about being players themselves and making sure you get a match with what really is right for you. It's small, it's personal, it's helpful without being in your face. I went in with no intention to buy and got really thoughtful help from Matt and Liam who were top notch. Matt listened to what I liked, listened to me play, and then went about quietly dialing me in among multiple different guitars... try this, ok back to that, ok try this again, ok see what you think about this one.. And then it just happens - your next guitar selects you. You can't do that online, and it's really hard if not impossible to do that at a superstore with this kind of thoughtful attention. Very impressed and really happy I popped in to walk out with a great guitar that was just right.

Excellent customer service. Right when we walked in we were greeted, and instantly asked us if there was stuff we wanted to try out. This one skinny guy with a beard helped me pick out this JHS pedal I’ve been looking at he was super knowledgeable showed it to us. Got us squared away and made it a phenomenal experience. It’s this type of service that makes people like me not want to just order my stuff on Amazon but instead go to the store and talk to the experts. Thanks again man!!!
