This place is the worst. They changed my claim rep to a very cold, callous person named Vanessa W. from Tacoma, WA. she was very rude and all she talked about was how great she was. she was unwilling to assist me in my claim and didn't believe the injuries I have suffered. she even said to me "if you don't like it you can remove us as your representative." Very unsat, no wonder so many vets are struggling with mental issues. Its almost like they work for the VA. I urge any Combat Veteran to look elsewhere. This organization doesn't care about you.

Been a member for years and have attended numerous events. The San Diego team has been nothing short of amazing. It’s clear that WWP has made significant improvements in recent years. I cannot recommend WWP highly enough.

All of the people who answer the phones and help you with services were super helpful and cared....however my claim rep Mr. Daniel Soto that was assigned to me was grossly negligent. The rare times I called, he would NEVER call back. I had to call his co workers to get him on the phone. He LIED to me....said he filed my claim...nope. Never did. Who lies about that? Not the type of person who should be in this line of business. It took my new county rep 1 hour to help me....he did a bunch of NOTHING for 9 months....wasted my time when I didn't have time to waste. He is the sole reason for this low rating.

San Diego Wounded Warrior Project office is full of wonderful, caring staff that provide disabled veterans and their families with support and empower them to succeed. I would give them 6 stars if Google would let me!

I think if they are unwilling to answer the question then I'll stop donating.
Hi Linda, 71% of all money spent by Wounded Warrior Project goes to programs and services for warriors, their families, and caregivers. The balance pays to support those programs. Just over 5% of expenses at Wounded Warrior Project covered administrative costs. Learn more at https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/mission/financials.
I dont think their EIN is open to public knowledge. You may need to contact corporate I New Jersey and let them know who you are and why you need it.
Hello Elvis. Are you signed up to get the WWP Post? All the scheduled events are posted there and sent to your email.
If you are an OIF-OEF Vet, I'm sure Wounded Warriors can help or at least point you in the right direction. Have you tried DAV? Thank you for you service brother!
No, Mental Health groups, Job Placement assistance, physical health and wellness and PTSD coping techniques.... and more.
