I usually only go to this store when I have my EBT because it is so darn expensive! But, I think the reason it is so pricey is because the store is really nice. The isles are clean, usually the bathroom is pretty clean, the lady at the register was very nice to me. I really appreciate stuff like that. So thank you very much Vons.

Finished our shopping and left, I lost my phone, my wife called customer service, Kaylin answered and was genuinely concerned, she conforted my wife and assured her they would look & find phone, and they did, Kaylin and Jake were awesome! Kaylin you have awesome customer service and made us feel like family, thank you for going above and beyond your work. I will always shop at this location on Saturn blvd.

I just needed a couple of things. Vons isn't a price point leader. This Vons was super clean and organized. The help was exceptional.

Clean location with great selection. Prices are a bit high compared to some smaller chains in the area and their customer service is sometimes a little immature. Easy parking and longer hours than other grocery chains nearby

Yes. Jack in the Box had potato wedges with cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Unfortunately Jack took them off their menu.

Not really visibly enforced. You go in one door and out the other just no one is keeping count of numbers so I am not sure what the point of that is. Lines to check out are long and confusing.

Yes they do deliver... this particular store is so busy that visiting the the store customer service desk. I usual have to wait at least 15 minutes to get someone to assist me. Of course this could improve along with getting your calls answered if we use the complaint system. Other than that it's a great store to shop.
