We post the property on many several highly trafficed websites that gets millions of vistors per month. Along with our own data base.
We implement a system of visiting the property at least 3 times per year to check on any unknown leaks and checking other items while we are there. We have a list of vetted professionals that will handle any maintenance issues.
We follow a strict list of screening tenants. From pulling credit, criminal and eviction background to speaking to their employers. We are proud to have a very comprehensive and effective screening regiment that we follow.
