Dave the manager is a great guy, probably one of the last stores in the state where the art of negotiation is alive and well. If you dont get a good deal then your skills suck, keep going back until you get it right. Great products at great prices.

This review is coming after two purchases from this company. A refrigerator was purchased back in 2019 for our house. A few days later and quit working. We called and got a replacement / upgrade and was delivered in a somewhat timely fashion with no issues. About 2 months ago another refrigerator was purchased from this company and it stopped working a few days later as well. All of our food went bad. We called to get a replacement. We've been getting the runaround for over a month and a half making several phone calls and attempts to have a new fridge delivered. The manager ended up convincing one of our residents to try and fix the problem and replace a part. This is liability for the company and straight up laziness and lack of professionality. I reached out to the store manager yesterday to once again try to rectify the problem. He finally agreed to bring the fridge out today. Aware of our address and the situation they arrived here around 3:00 with the fridge but only had two laborers. They knew that took four people to carry the first one up. And now they're not able to bring the new one up because they do not have enough strength. The driver bummed a cigarette from one of our elderly residents. David the store manager was called again and threatened to not deliver and just drive away because he was confronted with the issues and continue to give excuses. They are expecting the residents here to help them carry it up and carry the old one out. Absolutely unprofessional even though there's a warranty their behavior and poor professionalism is absurd. Always go with the warranty. And you might have to hold the manager's hand for delivery logistics. His name is David and he's the store manager.

This place is incredible. We always buy our appliances from here. Great prices, upfront honest people. If you are looking for a fancy showroom and the sticker price with that than this is not the place for you but if you a great deal on an appliance from honest people this is the place.

If you have other options - go elsewhere! We paid in full for a “like new”refrigerator, dual fuel stove, dishwasher and microwave near end of July 2021. We were assured that they would have no problem fulfilling order by fall when we needed these items. We finalized sale over phone with credit card but no receipt emailed to us until after we made several phone calls to them (they do not return phone calls and are very hard to get hold of, voice mail boxes were always full). In October we called to set up delivery for November and again we’re assured that order was ready. The day before delivery scheduled we got a call from Scott saying all our appliances were damaged beyond repair! He indicated he might be able to substitute other appliances, could wait for future shipments or we could get refund. He gave us Assistant Manager Dave phone number as we were very upset about this late notification. After several phone calls with no resolution we finally got hold of Dave to tell him we wanted full refund. We kept watching for refund and a week later still no refund on our card. It took several more frustrating calls to get refund initiated! Worst customer service we have ever experienced!

I bought a washer and it is working well so far, I got a 6 month parts and labor warranty on it.
We do not pick up TV's at this time, however we do take them for free drop off at our facility and one of our employees will be happy to help assist you with unloading it
I don't think they are a parts store but I would just call and ask.
I think they do but you better call first. Really great people to work with
Yes they do
Yes, they will pickup appliances tobe recycled for a fee. You would have to call and ask what the fee is as it verys.
Yes
They have a fast turnover and appliances is kind of a hit and miss but I'm sure they do I was in there just a few days ago and they had three that I seen. They do have some stuff that's you know refurbished it's not new but a lot of things they have a warranty on them they do sell new appliances also
No, terrible customer service, almost combative.
Not sure if they do repairs or not,but they do sell parts

We bought a newer set. Which we had delivered. At delivery, they took our old set at no charge.
They will take appliances and computers and such
I doubt it. The scrap metal industry has changed. They don't pay out like they used to.
No but they sell appliances.
That place is a joke! I call over a week ago about a broken fridge and no call back.
