Bought my new f150 on the 9 of sep, first it had paint problems, they took care of it after had to repaint the door twice, 3 days later discover a rattle noise in the driver door. Dropped it off at the service department, replaced the weatherstripping and nothing was fixed. The truck has been sitting at the service for total of 5 weeks now, 2 weeks for repaint and 3 weeks and counting for a rattle that they were supposed to look at on Monday of 24 of Oct. No loaner was provided and I'm a return customer at mac haiku ford. If this is how they wanna keep up it'll be my last truck from this dealership.
