Unexpectedly I left with a brand new vehicle. The salesman Jean was not pushy and was very informative. He was truly God sent.

I showed up at 9:00am for my scheduled appointment. The young Lady (Heather Huber is her name) told me it would be an hour/hour and a half which was fine. I sat in the waiting room while people showed up and left. Assuming she knew what she was doing I waited patiently. At close to 2:00pm I decided to ask the gentleman behind the counter how much longer it would be. He turned around, found my paper and keys and said, "It's ready now". I asked how long had it been ready and he said since 11:30. So I sat there an extra 2 and a half hours. Had I not asked who KNOWS how long I would have been there. Horrible service.

I had to replace the control pad (left side of driver’s seat) to a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Went to the service desk for I knew that part would have to be ordered. The service rep, Logon, was very helpful. Showed him what I wanted done. He examined the front chair to determine the parts then brought the info to the parts department. Brought a schematic diagram to show me. Said order it. Price: $75. Plus labor. When part came in, went back to replace. After an hour, Logan told me it was wrong part, had to reorder. Told part would be $150. Said order. Part came in. Returned. Today 10/14/22, waited 2 hours. Went to check on progress, was told again wrong part. AFTER 2 HOURS. Logan asked if I wanted to talk to parts department. Nope. Finished with total incompetence at Supreme Nissan. Won’t go back there for anything.

The wait wasn’t as long as I had thought it would be.

You can contact a dealship with VIN of your vehicle and speak with one of the managers who can look through the records to determine the origin of sale. Meaning they can figure out where the vehicle was first listed for sale. Of that fails to help, have some one or you can do yourself complete a web search on Car Fax for the origin information. Car Fax will tell you the first dealership the car was ever listed at for sale. I hope this helps.
