If I could rank FCCU a 0 star I would. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to a Credit Union or Bank that actually cares about their members. Update : I sent an email to “feedback, but management never reached out. I had yet another terrible experience with your company today. Still the worst customer service of any financial institution in Texas, congrats.
