I am visiting from out of town. I wanted to get my nails done in San Diego as a treat to myself. Mission nails were awesome!! The staff are all super friendly. I was treated so wonderfully. I received a gel manicure and the mission spa pedicure. I was there for two hours and it was totally worth it.

Newly renovated, Mission Nails is bigger and better in the three months that I've been going for my manicure and pedicure. They are prompt with text or phone appointment setting. Linda was especially good with identifying and fixing my broken toe nail, thank you. And Hannah did a good job with my deep gel manicure, thank you. Overall, I think myself a regular at Mission Nails and will continue being back here.

So happy with my full set and pedicure! This was my first time here and I got Amber as my nail tech! She gave me exactly what I wanted! They looked even better than the inspo pic I showed her! I just booked my fill with her. I didn’t get the name of the woman who did my pedicure but she did a great job as well! Lovely experience overall!

Will not be returning. I’ve had gel manicures done many times and was very disappointed with mission nails. I had these done just yesterday and already look like I need another manicure. I politely asked the manicurist if she would make sure to paint as close to my cuticles so that it didn’t leave such a wide gap. I mentioned this with the first coat and the response I got was “oh it’s just the first coat im not done yet” to then end up with the same exact thing I did not want. Upon finishing and telling her I was unhappy with how far the gel was from the cuticle, I was then told that this is how it should be done so that it doesn’t peel off? Again I’ve had my nails done several times and this never happens. Im never rude, even in situations like this so I politely say okay, I did ask specifically for the polish to be closer but thank you. Then when it comes to paying the manager asks if everything was okay and what happened, so I tell him and his excuse is that she couldn’t see well enough and he even mentioned that he had heard me ask for her to paint closer…?? he then gave me the business card with names of other nail technicians who could do what I had asked for next time???? He also proceeds to give me a 10% discount for a service he knew I was as unhappy with.. one that was clearly their mistake. Again, I am not rude and I was running late for work so I leave it alone. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. Although everyone was nice, this is not the way it should have been handled and I ended up paying 37$ for nails I’m very dissatisfied with.

40 to 60
Depends on the type you get but a standard I believe is $30
$35-80, it depends on how intricate you want them and whether you are getting a new set or a fill. Ombre, special designs, gel vs. powder, amd rhinestone decoration will make the price vary. THIS SALON IS AMAZING!
