4th time going and 4th time they did not give me what I was asking for. I think there is a huge language barrier and when you don't know the correct terms that they know, they just do what they want and then expect you to pay for it. My fingers are bleeding and hurting and I'm in tears because my nails and fingers look worse then they did before I came in. I gave them so many chances because they are within walking distance to my home but this place is honestly horrible. Edit: I asked for artificial nails. I do NOT want a manicure using my natural nails that I often bite off anyways. My skin is dry and I have horrible hangnails and they often bleed. If you give me a manicure, they only get cut and bleed more and the polish only makes it more obvious. It's embarrassing and I have a hard enough time even going to a nail salon because I am so embarrassed by my fingers. I don't want acrylics which is what they have given me twice in the past even when I asked for a gel set. This time they didn't even give me acrylics, they just gave me a regular manicure and some gel nail polish. I was too exhausted and upset to fight with them. I'm so upset by the whole experience that I'm not even sure I want to go to any nail salon ever again.

This place is great! Clean, chairs, friendly & professional. This place is the full package! Came to San Diego to visit our daughter. Had a pedicure (elegant) done by Nina. Best pedicure I have ever had in my life.

We're visiting from LA and this was out first time here. I met my friend there and brought my 10 year old daughter in as well. It was a great experience. The ladies were all very polite and helpful. They made suggestions without trying to upsell you. Our nails look awesome. My daughter loves it. We all had manicures and pedicures. Big thumbs up. We will be back!
