I will not ever come here again for a pedicure. The gal used toenail clippers and cut the top of my second toes skin off. I bled and bled couldn't stop bleeding. It was a big mistake to go there. I went today for my fill with Kay and to have my nails trimmed down. I overheard a patron tell Tami that she hasn't gone to anyone else for her pedicure. I'm happy for this patron that she found a pedicures she is comfortable with. It still hasn't changed much mind about pedicures here. Tami is the ONLY pedicurist who works here and if she feels rushed... or you've got thick toenails, be on guard.

I've been here twice in the past week, once for a gel manicure and again for a spa pedicure with the callus removal treatment. I couldn't be happier with both! The ladies are very nice as well. I've always called ahead and haven't waited more than 2 minutes.

This is the worst nails-experience in my life!!! Just did it at this evening... I so want to come back my money! 40 $ for be ugly 😭 Look at this(((( curve nails............ horrible.... And on Christmas :(((

Love this salon. Have been going here for years since I moved to San Diego from NY where there is a nail salon on every corner. These ladies always do an amazing job & work very hard and fast (if you are in a rush) otherwise feel free to unwind there. Kay's is always clean and always relaxing. Most everyone speaks softly and respects the other people in the salon. You can find your "me" time at Kay's. They do not try to up sell you or nickel and dime you like other salons. Their prices are reasonable. So relax & enjoy!
