It had been a long time since I ate pizza from a pizza hut prior to my recent visit. I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the pizza and ingredients on this recent order. The pizza reminded me of a frozen pizza that you buy from the grocery store and cook in a conventional oven. For the price it cost you can surely believe I won't be spending my money there again.

dont ever pay for anything "extra" anytime i do they put less instead of more. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Extra Cheese? Nope less cheese. Extra Pepperoni? How about less than normal. such a joke

I like Pizza Hut and most of the time it's my go-to pizza place. However, tonight I am not happy with my order. We got 2 pizzas and neither of them were cut properly. The slices just tore up instead of the usual slice shape.

Ordered a pizza the other day for delivery. Upon delivery the pizza seal was broken🤮, the pizza box was bent and half the toppings were stuck to the lid. Obviously the delivery driver dropped the pizza. We watched the delivery driver place the pizza in front if the door and literally run away. We called pizza hut immediately after to which they assured they would deliver another pizza w/i 25 mins. Well 40 mins later still no pizza! We called again and still got the run around. I ended up having to wait another 25-30 mins for them to make me another pizza and this time I opted to drive to pizza hut to pick up my pizza and drop off the destroyed pizza they delivered. They tried to say they delivered the second pizza, Obviously that was a lie as we sat outside after that to make sure the delivery driver wouldn't leave another sub par pizza and run off . I ended up getting my pizza nearly two hours after placing the original order, smh. Not a good experience at all.
