I wouldn't allow any if my relatives do business here ,the drivers are way to careless.the driver if van 1039 today tried pulling a u-turn on solid lines during a high traffic time ,showed no care about the vehicles behind him either .it was a extremely close call ,if we collide it would've been real bad .The driver took off like nothing ever happened, didn't even make sure I was alright!I called about this matter an still haven't gotten a response Folks please becarful if you're gonna use this company. When I upload the video of this gentleman I will edit this an put the tag in it so everyone can see 👀

Wouldn't even give them one star but unfortunately I had to. They should consider changing their name to D-. They were supposed to pick my mother up at a facility to transport to another facility. They showed up 1 1/2 hours early so my mother asked them to wait at the front desk so she could get dressed. Someone at the front desk said my mother was going home so transportation left the facility (totally on the facility for that). Then the facility called and asked them to come back due to miscommunication and they said they would be there between 1 & 2 pm. At 3pm they still hadn't shown so facility called A+ (D-) again and they said they never received payment. They most certainly did have credit card number to charge and if they didn't then why did they show up the first time. They finally showed up at 4pm.

This company is just awful! I’d give negative stars if possible! Today they were going to be over an hr late picking my son up for school, and they didn’t even bother to notify me so I ended up driving him myself. I’ve made multiple complaints about a driver not properly buckling my child in his seat and not once received a call back with management even when I requested it. School districts beware!!!! They will endanger the lives of children without second thought. I’ve reported them to everyone I can think of. Choose a different company if you care about your loved ones.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE. Booked 2 days in advance. It never got in the system. Called and received somebody with very poor customer service skills before being disconnected. Phone ran into hold music for 30 minutes after that. Missed appointment. Have very serious injury. This company is totally incompetent.
