I went to Newton Medical Thurs. for a Covid Test for surgery next week. When I arrived there were 12 people waiting to be seen. The women were moving as fast as they could while answering phones & assisting patients, but like everywhere, through no fault of their own, the place was understaffed. Natalia the receptionist was just amazing! She so friendly, sweet, patient and efficient! She was going non stop to help everyone as quickly as possible with kind words and a smile. Unfortunately like many places today people were rude, nasty and some even raising their voices about the wait. I wasn’t in a hurry so I decided to leave and come back 2 hrs. later. At that time there were 5 people waiting. Kathy the nurse, who gave me the test was lovely and very personable she profusely apologized for the delay. Listen up folks, 99% of these Health Care workers are doing the VERY BEST they can under the circumstances, and we are SO fortunate and should be SO appreciative that they are STILL willing to work and assist us!!!

REQUIRED MASKS.. yet the Band was lifted in itself is absurd but then to make me sit for an hour with it on after my appt. was ridiculous. I was only there for DOT drug screen. After explaining my displeasure to receptionist, I finally walked outside and told them to come let me know.. I had to go back inside and wait more before being assisted once again. Where’s the patient care and professionalism in this Yet this facility still operates and funded by private parties and mistreats and uses the bi-laws for their own gain and not of the patients. I’ve been here before with similar incidents everything I come here- but it’s mandated by my job - personally I’d NEVER come to this medical Group
