I could not put into words how grateful I am to Paula and Jason. Paula should give seminars on customer service. My husband got me earring for our 30th anniversary. Paula guided him through the buying process and made it an incredible positive experience for him. When I brought the earrings in to change the backing to a vision I had for them, Paula and Jason so kindly worked with me until they were perfect! The store is full of beautiful jewelry, but the real gems are the people who work there, and the genuine care they have for their customers. I am so very grateful!!!

Wow, what an INCREDIBLE experience with everyone who works here. Tracy was amazing to work with. She greeted us kindly and she showed us all of our options until my fiancé found the engagement ring she loved and has been dreaming of for years. I can’t express my gratitude enough for this place! Everyone is so nice and beyond willing to help you. Communication is top notch and I am SO GLAD I went with them, and not Kay. Nothing like supporting a small business! We’re so happy we got our engagement ring here at Glennpeters. The warranty they offered us was great too.

Four years ago, I stopped at the Clifton Park location of Glenn Peters Diamond Centre to pick out my wedding band. I had such a wonderful experience then, that when a stone fell out of my engagement ring, it was the first place that popped into my mind. Thank goodness I went there! Not only was the pricing very reasonable, but I had a similar experience, like the one I had four years before. Though some of the faces have changed, they were able to provide me the same quality and experience that I expected because of that first visit. I feel that that is a very difficult thing to keep consistent for any business. But they did it. The experience is just exceptional from beginning to end. I highly recommend them to anyone for all of your jewelry needs. Great staff/management, great service, great product, exceptional experience every time! Thank you. ~Josh M-B

This was an amazing and surprising day for me! I had no idea my fiancé was going to propose to me. Now that was August 2019! With the expert assistance of Mary Gregory the moment came together perfect. The other staff also gathered around and celebrated with us which made it even more special. Okay fast forward as of November 2020 we now have 3 more beautiful rings to add too our wedding day in 2021. This is our new jeweler home! Thanks again Mary!
