The girl that took care I'd us was PHENOMENAL! We were shopping for wedding bands and she was just wonderful! She listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push anything on us at all. When she asked for our "price range" we didn't five her one. We told her we aren't sure as it will depend on what it is we like the best fully expecting to have the "most expensive" ones showed to us first but NOPE!! She didn't try to force the most expensive ones at us at all! She stuck exactly what we said as far as style/design. Needless to say, we purchased our wedding bands from her and we will go to her from now in for anything we need at a jeweler. We have a Kay's closer to us but we will make the 1 hour trip to do business with her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This place is a joke , I bought something for $460 dollars I paid cash , well long story short the person I bought it for didn't like it. So I went to return it and they told me 21 days and I'll get a check. Wait a min I gave them all the cash on the spot I didn't tell them the will receive a check in 21 days , it also states on the receipt any purchase under $500 will be refunded in the same tender what it was purchased with. So how do o go from giving them cash to getting a check back ???

Will never make the mistake if buying anything from them again . Went in bought a ring used my card to pay for it . Was told its a size 6 which it wasn't. Then was told i would get emailed receipt which i didnt . Then when i go back to return ring cuz it wasnt the size i was told and i get told theres no record of me purchasing the ring and theres nothing they can do to help resolve issue bank says its on them the error occured on there side and yet nothing can be done for me never again will i make that mistake again .

I went to purchase an engagement ring back in February, Victoria Mello (Store Manager) and her staff were professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Victoria appears to enjoy her job and greets everyone with a smile and a handshake. The Staff explained the store policies such as ring return, ring cleaning, and ring inspections clearly and answered all my questions. Even though this was the first time I have done business with Victoria and her staff, it certainly won't be the last. I look forward to future business. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!
