I have to edit my last review from 4 stars to only 1, they NEVER pick up the phone, NEVER, I wonder how they are still in business. I imagine that the answer will be that they are with another customer, ... nope. Just chillin chillin... Honestly, I am taking my business elsewhere and hopefully everybody should do the same,... now it becomes different when you call the Miami office, they always pick up the phone and are always courteous and respectful,... the Tampa office needs to figure out that their business is 100% based on the customers. Still 1 star, I just called several times for the last couple of days and nobody answered, I understand that they must be busy but... busy all the time?

This agency is a hoax. We sent a package to Habana, Cuba on June 1st, paying $10 a pound instead of the normal $8 because we were told it would be delivered in 15 days. After all this, we have called several times, to no avail. We do not get a straight answer. This is not the first time, we have sent packages through this agency. One of the main problems is that no matter at what time you call, there is no answer. If you tell the office that, they get offended and tell you they always answer. Which makes us LIARS? but, we are the paying customers, which in turn pay their salaries. This is sick. It is hard to find someone willing to work, now a days.

The office lost our money order that we send for getting a visa to Cuba and we send 6 pounds of clothes to familly is January 2016 is April 23 and family have not received anything. Disorganized and customer service is horrible .We wish could be better .Very disappointed.We will not used there service again.

Hello to all who are interested in sending here. I made a shipment to Cuba and they kept the article. We are trying to get our money back. They never delivered it and told us with a tremendous face that it was certain that they delivered it in Cuba. Do not trust this agency, We will continue calling for answers, please spread so others do not pass what happened to us through this agency,
