Terrible place to do any paperwork. They sold us a ticket that they later oversold, when we already had a plan made, they did not give us a reason for this at any time. They played with us and with our time. You cannot go through life playing with the needs of others. Professional ethics (0) on the floor. I really do not recommend them at all.

You have to use the one in Cuba ... that is valid ... but in the airport you have to go to present the 2 passport ..

Why do they have such bad service ?? They don't have a word, they say one thing and then do another, it will never occur to me to do any paperwork with you, much less send any package to Cuba.
