Ann Marie was great to work with. She is knowledgeable about the products in the store and helped us find the perfect couch and bedroom set within our budget and quickly! This is a large store with hundreds of options so as soon as I told her what I thought I was looking for she was able to navigate me with ease to all the possible options. Much appreciated after a long week of going in and out of so many different stores. Also this couch is much more comfortable and better quality than the lazy boy that we almost bought AND 2 thousand dollars less. I would highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking to buy.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. We have had nothing but issue with this company, we cancelled backed orders items after the moved the delivery date about 4x on us. And some how we still owe them money for items we never even saw. They were hesitant to cancel the order and even try to refund us. Finally when they did, we get a letter saying we still owe them money. How is that even possible we’re supposed to get a credit because we over payed! Terrible customer service and most things are out of stock and overpriced. The “sale” items are just the same price they always have. WE ARE STILL “OWING” THEM MONEY. Pilgrim is robbing us and they are not trying to make things right. Time and time again we call and we get redirected and lied to every time. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE save yourself the headache and time.

I wanted to share my huge disappointment with the purchase of my sofa and how my repair request was handled when I reported the visible issues while still in warranty in 2020. I was told that the fabric that I have is "very durable" on my repair request. I really want you all to see the current status of the sofa and how "DURABLE" fabric looks like now in the attached pictures. I have no other option but to TRASH this sofa set. I had a lot of trust in the Pilgrim and that was the main reason behind me purchasing this expensive sofa set from them along with the warranty but my disappointment is immense not only with the initial purchase but also how my repair request was handled when I initially reported the issues with the sofa while still on warranty but it was ignored by them.
