literal outrageous bill prices, we got a notice that it would even be a percentage more this year. my roommates and i are really struggling with money because of the pandemic. i'm literally considering leaving the county so that i can start using service from literally anyone else

This is the worst website I have ever used. All I want to do is pay my bill! You really need to make a change because apparently I am not the only one who has issues with this site.

Difficult to deal with, wicked awful automated phone computer. Extremely high price. Wish we had oil, or propane. Was never able to get a budget bill for the past couple of years...this company sends a bill that's sky high with the attached file that says if you don't pay at least 1/2 the amount they will disconnect service...time for this company to have an overhaul...inhuman, unfeeling Next house...

I would think it would be landlord but I'm sure you could always ask the gas company to assess the lines
