I have owned over 25 cars from different dealers over the last 35 years and the service I get from Haddad Toyota stands head and shoulders above any other dealership I have dealt with (many different brands). They truly care about the customer, are honest, transparent, and communicate well! 11/10 service department!! I've even brought cars from other dealers and makes to get serviced at Haddad - they are just that good!

Traded our Nissan Murano in and got a super good price on a Platinum Highlander 2022. Payments went down 50 bucks a month and my wife is so happy, I figured we would be paying more than the Murano. It is by far the nicest riding vehicle we have ever driven. The salesman Bobby Allessio was so professional and made this all work out. My wife will not share the Highlander so I ordered a new Tundra pickup......Hoping Bobby Allessio will get me a good deal on that awesome truck... Terrible. Everyone wears masks, yes, but even with paying them a great bit of money for the wash/shine/detail service, they did not detail the inside or clean the outside of the vehicle I purchased 3 days ago. Still as dirty as it was when I test drove it a week before purchasing. How many people touched that steering wheel before me? The door handle? Not pleased at all
