On 11/07/2020 I contacted "Destiny B. Mitchell" from Facebook advertising her shop Psychic Studio Palm readings who does custom jars, custom oils, and crystals. I was told I would receive a care package of all these items for $250.00 and 3 custom jars for an additional $50.00. She told me it would only take a week to ship out and she would overnight it with USPS and a tracking number provided. After hearing from "Destiny" a few times on the phone during the week of 11/07/2020 she said my oils are almost finished she was shipping soon, then her child had a head injury and was in the hospital for two days for observation, but discharged on 11/18/2020 and she would ship my items 11/20/2020. I contacted her 11/20/2020 with no response. I sent a text message on 11/21/2020 Stating I needed a tracking number provided or I would be requesting a refund for items not rec. She never answered me till later in the evening on 11/21/2020 when I sent via Cashapp the request for a refund. She became argumentative and hostile in the texts and still no tracking number or refund for items not received. Services never rendered. I am now seeking the $300.00 back for items not rec. She has several alias on Facebook and Instagram under Molly Stevens, Destiny B. Mitchell, and her Instagram under psychic_amethyst She also utilizes several different phone numbers with the same area cod as (413). Do not use Cashapp with this woman, this is how she scams you out of services that she will never deliver. She also did this to another friend of mine in the same week over crystals and custom oils.
