I believe the health department and the Conservation Commission can deal with this
Brush may be burned January 15th to May 1st after obtaining a permit from bcburn permits.com, must be 75 feet from any structure, have garden hose hooked up and ready. You may start The Barn at 10 a.m. must be totally out by 4 pm.
Yes this is illegal. You can legally burn in Massachusetts from January 15 to May 1. Only for the purpose of burning brush. PERMITS are issued during this time. You can have a fire for the purpose of cooking and only cooking. That fire is definitely illegal.
Call public works, they would know
Burning is a day to day thing. You need a permit. 2 ways to get one. Go online to BC BURN PERMITS and apply there. That site will let you know if you can burn. Go to your closest fire station. You can burn from 10 am to 4pm. Brush only. No leaves, trees and construction material
