Hi David! we unfortunately do not do repairs in the shop! However, maybe you could give 'Audio Breakthroughs Limited' a call - they are located in Manhassett and we trust them implicitly. Their phone number is (516)627-7333. Give them a call and let them know what type of turntable you're dealing with and they will be able to help!
We're glad you asked! We sanitize the counter and bins regularly! Every customer is required to wear a mask while shopping in the store. We do have to limit the amount of customers inside because we are a small shop! But we also encourage shoppers on busier days to keep their browsing to a maximum of 30 minutes, to ensure everyone gets a chance to look around! Depending on how comfortable you are with in-store shopping, we do offer curbside pick-up if you see something online you'd like to purchase and live close by, just give us a call! We will always try to accomodate any way we can! Feel free to call anytime for more info!
We have CDs as well as cassettes most of our store is vinyl though
