Derek and Josh were great! On time, very quick (in and out in 30 minutes for 2 rekeys and a quote on a mailbox rekey), and courteous and professional! I'll be coming back next time we need any locksmith work. PS - I think it was Derek, I had his name in my mind and then it blanked when I came to write this review 10 minutes after they left. Sorry if I got it wrong!

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Alex on two occasions. He was the most kind hearted locksmith I had ever had. My mother has dementia and I had to get a twist lock installed the first time and he corrected a batch job on a storm dorm. I had to call him again because she was breaking in my room again so I installed a deadbolt. He was personable, fast, and the epitome of customer service. Kudos for hiring him!
