The store manager Chris was so helpful. When we arrived, he was with another customer. He quickly let us know that he would assist us once he was done. My partner and I were both nervous, because getting a new phone / repairing a broken one can be very stressful. Chris put us at ease, and worked with us eagerly to solve our problems.
