Update on 09/08/22: I filled out the Issue Resolution Form that was included in the reply from Verizon. I received a confirmation email that it had been received, and that I would be contacted within 72 hours. Not to anyone's surprise, five days later ... haven't heard a word. What a joke of a company. Literally the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. We switched from T-Mobile to Verizon in December of 2021 and it has been a complete and utter nightmare. We switched four lines onto a Verizon Business account and were told that our bill would be less than it was with T-Mobile, and that they would pay off our phones from T-Mobile, and purchased new phones from Verizon. Well, we sent our (T-Mobile) phones to Verizon and were never given instructions or sent a letter or email about how to get our phones paid off with T-Mobile. I made dozens of calls to customer service and was either disconnected (ironic being disconnected from a phone company) or was told that we should be receiving an email or letter with instructions for reimbursement. After having not receiving anything for a couple of months, I went into the Polaris store and talked to ReShawn, who sold us our phones and switched us initially. I was told on March 23, 2022 that ReShawn had spoken with a customer service rep and had filled out a form to get our reimbursement, and that if they needed any further info, they would contact me. Fast forward to July 2022 and 31 text messages later with ReShawn ... no resolution. In fact, on a combined call with ReShawn and customer service, where customer service told me there was nothing they could do to get us the reimbursement that was due to us, I said that they would be receiving a demand letter from my attorney, and ReShawn agreed that doing that was really all we could do. I never leave a review unless it's positive, but I am so sickened at the time and money I've wasted with this company, I wanted to warn other people who may be thinking of switching. Besides all of the trouble being reimbursed, our bill is consistently more than what we were told when we came in to the store to switch our service. What a disappointment.

Always clean, and professional. One of the biggest selections in electronics I've seen in a Verizon store. And I've seen a lot of Verizon stores!

I was there a few weeks ago, and technically you can; but you might have quicker service if you schedule your visit via online. They will even come out to your car to help you.
Sounds like the battery has failed and won't hold a charge. Most likely you will need to replace the battery, possibly the phone. Try a different charger first, just in case it's the charger.
