DO NOT get any service from here. They will pull scam on you. When I got my post paid account from prepaid account, they said it's $40 for unlimited data plus $10 discount when I set the autopay. This is true until they sneaked $50 plan on my account. When I received a bill, one number was under $50 plan and rest of the numbers were $40. When I went to ask about this, she was like "you'll need to make a call to change your plan." When I was keep bothering her why not, she didn't answer and changed my plan to $40 and said I'll have to pay the $50 for this month bill. Now, this is just me paying $10 more, so that's alright but here is the real scam: When I was traferring my prepaid to postpaid, I told her I've already paid for my prepaid and she said the amount I paid already should be either refunded or transferred to postpaid account as a credit. When I talk to Verizon chat agent? Nope, no refund. I knew it would be strange if it was refunded but didn't think Verizon associate will be "misinforming" their customers :) Learning something new everyday!

Worst place to come, customer service is not good at all. I came here sim replacement and I was having bad data and reception, I had to wait 1hr and 30 minutes. Corporate need to check this place because it’s not Fcfs

Had one employee actually helping customers and long queue with multiple people. Manager came out from back just to leave and not help anyone. Possible worst customer service I have seen. DO NOT come to this location unless u have too

Came in to preorder 2 new phones and add another line with cash in hand for my business. They didn’t want to work with me, told me to make a call into Verizon instead. Not what I expect when I come into a physical store. Maybe they’re having problems hiring the right kinds of people, I’m not worried about it. I’ll come back at another time to see if it’s any different.

Probably have too many Photos/Videos saved on the device. Make sure youre archiving them to the cloud and remove from the device.
