The store manager went above and beyond when helping me out. The issue was a little tricky, instead of taking the easy way out the gentleman was dogged in working out how to get my account set up properly. Highly recommend.

Bad costumer service , they didn’t open on time also when I ask if you are open it’s already 10.15 am the associate say to me quickly because I need to eat my lunch , first time I see someone talk like that to the customer, suppose he need to say sorry because he didn’t open on time , he was so rude so disappointed

Since I've got the T-Mobile phone like 5 months ago I have had nothing but trouble with the phone and every time I go back into the location where I got the phone purchased I keep getting told you had to send it off to the makers of the phone so the needless to say still have not got the phone working properly after 5 months

Try using Google search or making a call to a T-Mobile store and speaking to an actual representative. I think you're receive a quicker response by calling a local store
