Great service at print center. Returned scanner from another staples 5/20/2022. We were told incorrect info at another staples and it works we are just looking for duplex scanning 25+ pages at a time that can be done over a network without usb or lan cable. We have new iPhone, tablets but only works on our laptop. The ones that do WiFi are over 430 dollars. Not just an office needs affordable WiFi optional duplex scanning I hope they will make them 100-200 range. A lot of people could use that for digital files separate from just a printer. We got a cheap printer just 130 dollars that does the same duplex scanning after we are just going to not print or use the rest.

We entered the store uncertain how to get some emailed documents on a smartphone printed up. Kara took us under her wing and spent considerable time with us. She stayed with us, offering help. We are very impressed by her efforts. Thank you. OK, we were back two months later to do some massive document shredding and one of the managers took us under her wing, helping us all the way and providing a nice coupon. Thank you , again!
