The Clerks are extremely very helpful and competent and good hearted and always ready and willing to help Debtors. It is of paramount importance to keep in mind that some Debtors can be pushed into filing a Bankruptcy petition. Many Debtors are pro se meaning that they don't have professional legal representation (by attorney).

I wonder if it is ok for someone to go around charging up tons of stuff, even the trailer she purchased onto a charge card because she is going to file bankruptcy and put it all on it anyways. Is that the way bankruptcy works? She is Mickey Mayfield

Any purchases/lines if credit made within 90 days of filing a Chapter 7 are subject to question and may not be discharged if the creditor objects. I am a bankruptcy attorney. Again, not everything is dischargeable in bankruptcy, so she may not totally get away with what she is trying to do.

How do I find a date of the last time I filled bankrupcy

Should be able to call there, it's public record. Call clerk of courts at the bankruptcy office.
