The accommodations resemble those of an upscale hotel. The residents appeared comfortable and well cared for. The staff are all friendly and appeared to be happy working there.

This place used to be absolutely beautiful. The staff were happy and friendly, the residents always seemed content. My mother was thrilled. Even during 2020 when everything was so scary, I trusted the management. In the past few months though all of that has gone away and it’s so sad. The whole place has Covid now and I’m scared for my mom again. The management changes lately have left us unhappy and voiceless.

Unable to visit family during these trying times because of covid was quite stressful for our family. Understanding no in house visiting, the only way to speak and a see a loved one was through Zoom or a phone call, facetime as well. The staff ALWAYS took my calls and listened to my concerns. Eventually FACETIME and ZOOM came into play. The staff at Atria understood how important family connection is to the health of there residents. Each department has a job to do and they went beyond expectations to do there job. Finally be able to see my loved ones I made it my business to see as many staff and management to personally say thank you. Keep up the good work.

Due to a rapidly deteriorating condition, we needed to place my Dad in a memory care unit quickly. I had several Zoom tours/conversations at different facilities and the Atria Lynbrook's facilities met our immediate need. From lease signing to onboarding to adjusting to a new location, the staff has been awesome every step of the way. Every staff member I encountered has been thoughtful, caring and compassionate. For what is a difficult and traumatic decision, the Atria staff provided the comfort and expertise to assure us that we made the right decision. I left a 5-star rating only because I cannot leave 10.
