Graduated from liars to thieves. 5 months ago I rented a hammer drill to fix the door in my basement. Me and my boyfriend went in and they asked for my ID and they kept his DEBIT CARD as collateral. At first the new dude at the register charged him for a different and more expensive drill. He said he fixed it and the money he overcharged us would be put back on his card. It never happened. So they literally stole money from us. Fast forward to today, it's my step daughters birthday and we need to rent chairs and tables. We called the other day and they said the rental for everything would only be $35. But when my boyfriend when to pick everything up they refused the rental because they claim they don't take debit cards as collateral and they denied we came in and did just that a few months ago when we have the paperwork and charges to prove it. They said we could pay for the sale price of everything just to rent it which would be over $100. Absolutely disgusting. Never coming here again. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
