Staff is rude.

Rudest rudest rudest receptionists. Roll their eyes, cross their arms, bad bad bad attitudes. They do not like questions. They do not like to make appts for you. They change their policies everyday to fit their own needs. I get difference answers from every lady that works there.. come on Sumner county.. our taxes pay these ladies and they are by no means professional or kind. The doctor I saw however, was very pleasant and kind. Great 'bedside' manner. However if you dont wanna feel embarrassed about coming, I'd probably go to Davidson county health dept. This place is crazy rude.

Was told 4 months ago they don’t do appointments, for my birth control. Then next depo shot I got a baby sitter walked in told me they don’t do walk ins, called to schedule an appointment and to get a babysitter and they said have to schedule the same day. Missed my depo window. Very sad

I have been coming here since October 1st, 2018. It was great at first. As of now though, not entirely because of covid, I have only animosity. They changed the standard procedure of making appointments for Depo (birth control) shots. Instead of calling a month in advance; you now have to call the morning of at 8 am, if they actually answer the phone. The front desk woman, Bridgette, has contiously been rude to me on the phone the last few years. Today is an example, she didn't communicate that she made an appointment for me. It resulted in me waiting longer. When I had made an appointment, because she wouldn't let me come in yesterday. She blamed a nurse for it, instead of accepting that I spoke to her on the phone: "Oh you're right, we did do that. Well, that was nurses fault." Or in January, I had my full physical. They tried to tell me in April, that I didn't have my physical and attempted to not give me my Depo shot. It is absolutely infuriating, because I can't go elsewhere. It's not fair to me, as a patient, to be constantly belittled and aggravated. I have held in everything, but I can't keep doing this to myself. The really kind nurse from Gallatin, Lynn, helped me tremendously. She is absolutely fantastic. Aside from my 8 very poor interactions, some nurses are quite nice. The place itself is clean as well.

You can call them
As long as your child was born in Tennessee, you can go to any health department and get one. I believe they are 15 dollars for each copy.
Yes
Yep, and it may be months before you can get one. Went in to a completely empty waiting room and was told they couldn’t see me for two months.
